1HZ - CT26 Turbo Oil and Water Supply & Return Line Kit
Simpson Off-Road Engineering is pleased to offer a quality oil and coolant supply/return kit for 1HZ-T conversions that will not only look good, but ensure a safe and reliable supply/return of oil to the turbo/sump, and coolant supply and return from the heater hoses on the firewall.
After previously using Raceworks fittings, we now proudly use our own 6061 T6 billet aluminium fittings for this kit. Our kit taps into the oil pressure sensor on the side of your 1HZ block with a brass T-piece, runs oil around the back of the block to the CT26 turbo, and then returns oil to the sump. The coolant lines are tee’d into the ‘inlet’ heater core hose, and ‘outlet’ heater core hose on the firewall with the supplied brass and billet fittings.
Both Supply and Return lines are Stainless Steel Braided PTFE hoses with max working pressure of 3000psi, matched with AN 6061 T6 billet aluminium fittings for a truly reliable and safe oil and coolant system. Our braided lines are assembled by hand and pressure tested individually before packaging. The oil and coolant line kit is supplied with quality nickel coated welded steel oil and water flanges for the CT26 ports.
The kit is supplied with a steel weld-on AN bung for the sump. Using our kit, your sump will need to be removed, a hole drilled, and the fitting welded on. We know this is not as simple as banging a hole in the side of the sump and gluing a fitting in like some kits available... however, you can be sure it won’t ever leak, and allows for a quality AN fitting and braided hose to be used.
