CT26 Turbo - 1HZ Crossover Pipe Kit
Our High-Flow 3” Intake Hose kits have been popular for hundreds of 1HZ Turbo conversions, linking the 1HZ airbox to the CT26 turbocharger. However, we previously left the turbo crossover link ‘to the customer’, due to the many different options available (front mount intercooler, top mount intercooler, 1HD-T crossover, etc).
After multiple requests, we are now pleased to offer our CT26 - 1HZ Crossover Kit. This crossover kit utilises the same high quality parts seen on the 3” intake hose kit - stainless steel T-Bolt clamps, 2 MPa silicon hoses, and a 2mm-wall thickness alloy 3” joiner pipe that will never swell or balloon under boost (like some other silicon-only crossover pipes available). Simply install between the CT26 compressor outlet and the standard 1HZ alloy crossover pipe, to ‘complete’ the 1HZ Turbo intake air circuit.
Kit includes:
2 x Silicon Rubber Elbows (-60’C to 260’C, 2Mpa Burst Pressure) to suit CT26 compressor outlet and 1HZ Air intake, with 2mm walled aluminium joiner mid-pipe.
4 x Quality Stainless Steel T-Bolt Clamps (with nylocs) to create a lasting and reliable seal under boost.

Please note. The standard crankcase breather tube on the 1HZ Alloy intake duct requires blocking/sealing after turbo install - the crossover duct is now under boost pressure, rather than atmospheric vacuum as standard NA 1HZ. We suggest removing the breather tube from the alloy duct using ‘multigrips’ (easily twisted out), and tapping a fitting into the alloy port. Please see the option to purchase a correctly sized fitting with a barb for use as a boost gauge for a truly neat install.
