Simpson Off-Road Engineering is pleased to offer a quality oil supply and return kit for 1HZ-T conversions that will not only look good, but ensure a safe and reliable supply/return of oil to the turbo/sump.

Our kit taps into the oil pressure sensor on the side of the 1HZ block with a brass T-piece, runs oil around the back of the block to the CT26 turbo through a PTFE Stainless Braided crimped hose with billet AN fittings, and then returns oil to the sump. The oil line kit is supplied with a quality nickel coated, welded steel oil supply/return flange for the CT26 oil ports, and a blank plate and gasket for the CT26 water journal. If you wish to water-cool your turbo like the factory Toyota layout, we offer a water-cooled kit.

Both Supply and Return lines are Stainless Steel Braided PTFE hoses with max working pressure of 3000psi, matched with crimped AN 6061 T6 billet aluminium fittings for a reliable and safe oil system. The return line sump connection features a swivel 45 degree fitting for easy install. Our braided lines are all pressure tested individually before packaging.

The kit is supplied with a billet AN Steel weld-on bung for the sump. Using our kit, your sump will need to be removed, a hole drilled, and the fitting welded on. With a welded AN sump fitting, leaks will never be a problem - when you’re somewhere off-road and isolated, you can’t put a price on peace of mind!
